People are visual orientated so they don’t like reading big documents.
We can create big document which are a punishment for the reader and writer.
I often create big documents with hardly no images and if the reader is lucky he sees a processflow as an image. Which is, by change, more boring than the text.
When people needs to be aware of the existence of the document, you create a powerpoint presentation with more boring sheets. People hate that and you know it!
Therefor I wanted tot have an option to make those document and presentations more fun. And for more fun I want to create my personal notes more fun too. So I started to experience with Sketchnoting and doodling.
This site is created to help myself with information and visualizations. It can even help you and give you great ideas. But first of all, it is created for my personal development.
International Sketchnote Conference 2023
I started to do some online studies and read some books and began to do the actual thing for myself.
ISC23 was in that same year in Leiden, The Netherlands. I was a rooky, but it was very much fun to get more acquanted with the proces and see work getting developed in real-time. After the three days I was still excited.
